Know How We Do Business
Appointment Policy
While appointments are not required, they are highly recommended to ensure the best possible service and to minimize wait times.

Return Policy for Goods
All Hair and Studio Products are final sale and non-refundable.
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a "Hands-On" experience prior to purchase; allowing you to explore and test select Hair and Studio Products before making your decision.
We encourage all clients to take advantage of this service to ensure confidence in their purchase.
Subscription Policy
Effective for all subscription plans at Victor's Color Hair Studio
1. Overview
Our subscription plans are month-to-month autopay agreements designed to provide consistent access to haircut services exclusively at Victor's Color Hair Studio. Each subscription tier offers a set number of haircuts per month. Some plans allow multiple visits, while others may be limited to one.
2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month.

The billing cycle may fall on any day between the 1st and 31st of the month, depending on the subscriber’s original purchase date.

Monthly charges will continue unless the subscription is cancelled through proper channels (see Section 4).
3. Plan Details and Allowances

Each subscription tier includes a specific number of haircut credits per month.

Credits do not roll over to the following month and are not transferable.

Plans are exclusive to haircut services only and do not apply to other services or retail products.
4. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions online.

If technical or personal barriers prevent cancellation online, subscribers must notify a team member at Victor’s Color Hair Studio directly for assistance.

Cancellations must be completed prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
5. Responsibility to Review

Subscribers are responsible for reviewing this information before enrolling.

If any part of the plan is unclear, we strongly encourage customers to ask in person or call the Studio for clarification.
6. Agreement
By enrolling in a subscription plan, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy and confirms that they have read or inquired about all necessary information related to their plan.
Grand Raffle Policy
Grand Raffle Prizes are a special reward offered as a gesture of appreciation to our loyal clients. These prizes are distributed at the discretion of the business and are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

Prize conditions, availability, and value may vary depending on business operations.

Entry is exclusive to participants of our Stamp Cut Loyalty Rewards Program.

Winners are selected randomly via raffle ticket drawing.

Only one winner per prize.

Winners will be notified through our phone or email.

To claim a prize, winners must be registered into our IYKYK Scheme contact list.

Some prizes, such as Amusement Park Tickets, are limited to two tickets per winner and are only valid on dates determined by the business.
