Know How We Do Business

Return Policy

All Hair, Studio Products are non-refundable. Before purchase we do offer a services we like to dub, "Hands-On". Where you can experience our Hair, Studio Products before your purchase.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are not required for hair services at our location but we highly recommended one. To receive the best service possible, we ask that all appointments arrive 5 mins before initial time. Deposit may be required for appointments to be made. Deposits contribute to full price of service. All appointments have a 5 min grace period. Rescheduling maybe required for missed or late appointments.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are not always required for hair services we provide but when we do ask, in person or online. The deposit given is, for the most part, part of service price that is asked for. Deposits range from $3-$25; varying on service that is desired. Deposits are non-refundable and valid towards rescheduled appointment. Deposits are considered a loss after 2 months of customer not fulfilling the appointment.

ECA Policy

Emergency Cut Access are available exclusively towards Fresh Subscribers. ECA does not guarantee hair services on day requested. Availability for services is provided through notice first before allowing access to accommodate appointments already made and privileged subcribers

Grand Raffle Policy

Grand Raffle Prizes are a privileged reward that we provide to our clients as a form to say thank you; therefor prizes are given when business is able to do so and to not guarantee availability as the business is operating. Conditions, Price, and availability varies. Winners are selected through a raffle ticket pick and entry is only available through our Stamp Cut Loyalty Rewards Program. For Amusement Park Ticket Prices, tickets are only available on certain dates the business is able to provide and is limited to (2) tickets at a time. No upgrades or cash exchanges options are available. One winner is selected per prize; winners are notified via Instagram and website. Winners must present matching ticket numbers to claim prize. Personal information may be required in order to receive prize. Certain social media practices may be required in order to complete the full winning experience at and for Victor's Color Hair Studio.

General Consensus

We do our best to accommodate all of our clients concerns and desires, while still acolyting to our small business. Communication allows us to work through anything. So if there is any questions about our shop's policies or practices we will do our best to elaborate, execute, and/or cooperate the procedure to reach a solution. Please note that these policies can change at anytime and are applied during real-time operations.
