Service Description

Consultations allow us to see where the starting point of where you want to get to with your Hair Project. They typically take up to 15 minutes but within that time we will suggest the step-by-step process and provide a quote for the service. Please Note* that same day service as the consultation may not be available and rescheduling maybe required.

Cancellation Policy

We are super glad that you booked with us to take care of your hair care needs. We also understand that sometimes situations can occur that might make you cancel your appointment. For fairness with clients and staff; we ask that if a cancellation is to be made for appointment, please provide a 24 hour notice from appointment slot in order to proceed for cancellation. There is a fee for cancellation, 15% of service value would be charged if appointment passes the 24 hour grace time. Anything before 24 hours a full refund is made for appointment deposits. Cancellations can be made online or over the phone via (951) 737-6850. You can also reschedule for another time. It's not about when you visit, but that you come in so we can provide our service. We are open 7 days a week and we can always find a way to get you into our shop. Rescheduling will not provide return of appointment deposit. Deposit will be held and credited towards service.
